Status: In Progress Current Objective: Resolve the iframe rendering issue within the Repository_Entry_Portal article.

Completed Tasks

  • Access Control Mapping: Successfully mapped Dexter_Only_Level viewing access level to the Authorized_Dexter, Dexter_Only, and Super Users groups.

  • User Group Hierarchy: Corrected the Group Parent structure for custom user groups; Authorized_Dexter is now a child of Registered, and Dexter_Only is a child of Authorized_Dexter.

  • Authentication Flow: Resolved the "Permission Denied" error; the system now correctly presents a login prompt when accessing the portal from the front end.

  • Access Verification: Confirmed that logging in successfully bypasses the permission error and displays the article content.

Current Blockers & Pending Tasks

  • Iframe Rendering: The HTML <iframe> content for the Gemini portal is not displaying on the front end, despite the article access being correctly configured.

  • Next Action Item: Configure Text Filters in Global Configuration to "No Filtering" for your user group to prevent Joomla from stripping the <iframe> tags upon saving.
